Delivery Locations
We currently provide shipping services across all locations within India. While international shipping is not available at the moment, we are actively working on expanding our delivery network to serve customers worldwide in the near future.
Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time
After placing your order, we strive to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline. Depending on your location, the standard delivery time ranges between 3-8 business days.
Failed Delivery Attempts
In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will make two additional delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. You may request re-delivery; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take extensive precautions to ensure your order is securely packaged. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we will collaborate with the courier service to investigate. Based on the findings, we will either arrange a replacement or process a refund.
